About US!
Bela Santos has an equally fond passion for cooking as she does for fitness. Expressing her creativity in the kitchen is a trait inherited from her lovely Portuguese mother, Natalia. This fitness enthusiast took matters into her own hands when it came to her clients' success! In November 2008, she started "FIT Meals 2-GO!" a healthy meal service program, bringing delicious entrees home to her clients in South Boston. Currently she is continuing the service to the Palm Beach County.
The program offers the following choices:

~ Learn how to purchase, prepare, portion and cook your own healthy entrees in
the comfort of your own kitchen in this private or group session setting. Your class experience starts in the supermarket
and ends at the dinner table!

Eating clean and fit consists of portion-controlled, balanced meals containing sources in all the major food groups. Our recipes contain good sources of lean protein, fibrous fruits and vegetables, healthy carbohydrates and fats.
